2. A customer buys a voucher

They order through your usual checkout. Collection or postal — their choice, from the methods you've turned on.

3. Voucher generated instantly

Your brand, your template. Logo, colours, fonts, expiry, code, QR — all pulled from your venue's design in the portal. Print-ready PDF in seconds.

4a. Postal: we print & ship

Printed on the stationery you chose (or supplied), packed, and handed to Royal Mail. Tracked / Signed services update your portal automatically when the label is produced and when delivery is confirmed.

4b. Collection: emailed direct

The voucher lands in the recipient's inbox the moment it's generated. You keep a copy in your portal forever.

5. Monthly billing via Xero

We invoice you once a month. Every voucher itemised, postal vs collection split, VAT handled. Your billing contacts are cc'd directly by Xero.

6. You watch the portal

New orders, dispatch status, paid invoices, customer calls & emails — all in one place. Opt-in email notifications for anything that matters.
